Built in 1920, “La Casa Nueva” is one of the most majestic and symbolic houses in Colmenarejo, a small village near the mountains of Madrid (Spain) and close to Monasterio de San Lorenzo del Escorial, the seventh wonder in the world.

“La Casa Nueva” is owned by the journalist Ricardo Medina, majority shareholder and president of Chi Positivo S.L.
