Elaine Gagné has been a leadership and organizational effectiveness consultant in a wide range of organizational contexts. She designed a U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare award-winning educational program. Elaine has published textbooks, workbooks, and articles on management and professional effectiveness, including the textbook she used as a professor of business at the University of the Pacific entitled Designing Effective Organizations: Traditional and Transformational Views, which she co-authored with Dr. David Banner. Elaine is also a contributing author of Rediscovering the Soul in Business: A Renaissance of Values, which provides a refreshing approach to corporate effectiveness.
